Program/Programme: Rehabilitation of an an old industrial site and establishment of a research and innovation center / Réhabilitation d'un ancien site industriel et implantation d'un centre de recherche et d'innovation.
Rehabilitation of an old and historical industrial park of Nancy. The park regroups several representativ buildings as a stable, and an old slaughterhouse.
The project develops, through the main theme of an adjustable roof's structure, a school and an innovation center in a building above-ground.
Focus is on the research of a roof's structure allowing a free space's conception.
The free structure of the roof allows to create different spaces, different delivery of light and different atmosphere.
Réhabilitation d'un ancien site industriel de la ville de Nancy. Le site regroupe plusieurs bâtiments représentatifs de l'histoire du lieu tel qu'une écurie et l'ancien abattoir de la ville.
Le projet développe, sous la thématique principale d'une toiture modulable, une école et un centre de recherche et d'innovation dans un bâtiment hors sol.
L'accent est mis sur la recherche d'une toiture permettant une liberté spatiale et structurelle.
La structure libre du toit permet ainsi de créer différents espaces, différents apports de lumière et différentes atmosphères.
Le bâtiment est décomposé selon chaque élément intervenant dans sa composition: l'existant / la structure au sol / les dalles hors-sol / les séparations / la structure / la couverture The building is broken down into each elements: existing buildings / structure on the ground / concrete slab above-ground / partition walls / structure / roofing
The roof's structure allows to design an endless possibilities of spaces, of light and atmosphere. La structure de toiture permet de créer une infinie possibilité d'espaces, d'entrée de lumière et d'atmosphère.
