The program of 36 student housing is located in the south of Reims. Developed in R+3, the last level is composed of a wooden frame creating the broken walls. The rooms are intended to be as compact as possible in order to free the maximum living space for students.

Le programme des 36 logements étudiants se situe dans une dent creuse dans le Sud de Reims. Développé en R+3, le dernier niveau est composé d'une charpente bois créant le brisis des murs. Les chambres se veulent le plus compactes possibles afin de libérer le maximum d'espace de vie pour les étudiants.
