The housing program is established in the North East of Reims, near the city border. The settlement area is a new neighborhood in development. The building has an important built length. The constructed length is punctuated by the play of heights, hollows and materials, identifying three entities. Construction meets HQE objectives.

Construction de 40 logements collectifs dans le Nord Est de Reims, en limite de ville. La zone d'implantation est un quartier neuf en développement. Le bâtiment propose une longueur bâtie importante. La longueur construite est rythmée par les jeux de hauteurs, de creux et de matériaux, identifiant trois entités. La construction atteint les objectifs HQE.
