The program is divided into 6 areas located in an old working-class city in the north of Reims. The area is distinguished by its two-to-two individual dwellings and its simple, compact, two-sided red-tiled roofs. 
The constructions of the 6 zones will respect the built codes of the existing one in order to allow the better integration of the project in its environment while adapting an identifiable contemporary architecture

The whole project is in wood structure.

Le programme est divisé en 6 zones situées dans une ancienne cité ouvrière du Nord de Reims. Le quartier se distingue par ses habitations individuelles groupées deux à deux et ses constructions simples et compactes à toit à deux pans en tuiles rouge. 

Les constructions des 6 zones respecteront les codes construits de l'existant afin de permettre la meilleure intégration du projet dans son environnement tout en adaptant une architecture contemporaine identifiable.
