The project, for a private individual, studies the possible transformation of the mitigate floor of a two floors house. This mitigate connects two rooms, a bath room and two cupboards. One of those cupboards occupies one main window, blocking light and view. Moreover, this mitigate is limited to a circulation fonction.

The idee is to regain control of his fonction and to transform it into a life's space by proposing to open the bulky cupboard to bring light and view to the mitigate and create a library and desk's space.

Le projet pour un particulier s'intéresse au pallier de l'étage intermédiaire d'une maison de ville sur deux niveaux. Le pallier, desservant deux chambres, une salle de bain et deux placards, est encombré de meubles génant son utilisation et cantonnant sa fonction à celle de circulation. Un des placards existant occupe une fenêtre donnant sur la rue, bouchant les vues et l'entrée de lumière.

Il s'agit de se réapproprier l'espace et de le transformer en un lieu de vie, en proposant l'ouverture du placard, dégager la vue et faire entrer la lumière ainsi que de créer un espace bibiothèque/bureau utilisable par toute la famille.
