The 21 apartments are located on the site of an old cinema in the south of the town of Longwy.The demolition leaves a rough terrain, taken between two streets, the rue de Metz and the rue du Lavoir, both in slope and the rue du Lavoir largely against the bottom of the ground.
The access created rue du Lavoir, south of the plot, allows to install a parking lot in the open air, under the housing, taking advantage of the difference of levels and access between the North of the plot and the South.

The apartments are distributed by an interior passageway, directing all the apartments to the South towards the landscape.

Les 21 logements prennent place à l'emplacement d'un ancien cinéma dans le Sud de la ville de Longwy. La démolition laisse un terrain accidenté, pris entre deux rues, la rue de Metz et la rue du Lavoir, toutes deux en déclivité et la rue du Lavoir largement en contre bas du terrain.

L'accès créé rue du Lavoir, au Sud de la parcelle, permet d'installer un parking à l'air libre, sous les logements, en profitant de la différence de niveaux et d'accès entre le Nord de la parcelle et le Sud.

Les logements sont distribués par une coursive intérieure, orientant tous les logements au Sud vers le paysage.
