The project is established between a busy boulevard and a heart block, accomodating private gardens, a supermarket and an opened parking.

The long built front developed creates fracture into the long volumetry to brake the building's linearity. The street's facade attempt to create a classic and efficient urban atmosphere, thanks to generous plate glass window and balcony, providing light and space for housing. The architectural identity is asserted by the contrast between the yellow and white stone of the main levels and the zinc overlying the roof's houses.

Le projet s'implante entre un boulevard passant et un coeur d'îlot abritant des jardins privés, un supermarché et un parking ouvert.

Le long front bâti développé s'attache à créer des fractures dans sa volumétrie afin de casser la linéarité de la forme, dont les façades sur rue s'attachent à une expression urbaine classique et efficace, développant de larges ouvertures sur rue et de larges balcons offerts aux logements.

L'identité architecturale est affirmée par le contraste entre la pierre de façade des principaux niveaux et le revêtement zinc des maisons de toit.
