Established in the heart of Paris city and of the Haussmannien urban area, the project setlles down on a quite long plot of land. The rehabilitation buckles down to the typical building from the Parisian suburbs, whereas the project's program is developped at the bottom of the second courtyard established in a new construction adapted to the existing. This project receives offices and exhibition spaces.

Implanté au coeur de Paris et de son tissu urbain haussmannien, le projet s'installe sur une parcelle toute en longueur. La réhabilitation s'attelle au bâtiment typique des faubourgs parisiens, tandis qu'en fond de la seconde cour s'installe un programme servi d'une nouvelle construction adaptée à l'existant, accueillant un nouveau programme de bureaux et d'espaces d'exposition.
